Our client was a rear seat passenger in a car at the time of the accident. He suffers serious injuries, including a left patella fracture, a herniated disc, and multiple bulging discs. His injuries required medical treatment and he still continues to have problems with his legs, including post traumatic arthritis and nerve damage to his foot.
