Kroger Store Hit By Semi-Truck In Harper Woods Accident
Our Michigan semi-truck accident lawyers are reporting a tragic Harper Woods semi-truck accident that took place on the evening of June 9th on I-94 killing the truck driver. According to police, a semi-truck driving eastbound on I-94 was cut off and lost control of the vehicle, causing the semi-truck to lose control, going off the road and crashing into the rear wall of a Kroger store.
I am very sorry to hear about this semi-truck accident. My condolences go out to the family of the deceased victim.
Our Michigan semi-truck accident lawyers advise victims of their legal rights. Family members of the deceased victim may be able to make a claim for Survivor Loss Benefits for the deceased victim. This can include payment of funeral expenses, lost wages, and loss of other services.
Also, the family members of the deceased victim may have a claim for a Michigan wrongful death lawsuit against the driver if police determine was negligent and caused the truck accident. At the very least, the surviving family should hire the best possible lawyer to look into these possibilities.
