Ottawa County Semi-Truck Accident

Our Michigan truck accident lawyers are reporting an Ottawa County semi-truck – car accident that took place on August 9th at about 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 31 and Tyler Road. According to police, Debra Phillips was driving southbound on Tyler Road, with passenger Dequoya Todd, when a semi-truck driven by Jeremy Berens tried turning left onto Tyler Road, striking them. Both Phillips and Todd sustained injuries due to the truck-car accident.

I am very sorry to hear about this accident. I hope the injured victims have a fast recovery without any permanent damages.

Our Michigan truck accident attorneys advise victims of their legal rights. The injured victims may be able to submit a claim for Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits. No-Fault benefits will cover their medical expenses, lost wages, attendant care, replacement services, and other benefits related to injuries suffered in the accident. The injured victims can claim these benefits even if they did not have a Michigan automobile insurance policy and even if they are determined to be at fault.
