According to police, Debra Phillips was driving southbound on Tyler Road, with passenger Dequoya Todd, when a semi-truck driven by Jeremy Berens tried turning left onto Tyler Road, striking them. Both Phillips and Todd sustained injuries due to the truck-car accident.

Pick-Up Truck – Car Accident In Branch County

According to police, Dawn Curtis was driving a pickup truck was struck by another vehicle driven by Drake Harvey, when he failed to stop at a stop sign. Curtis, Harvey, and Harvey’s passenger, Eric Catlin, were injured in the truck-car accident.  According to police, alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

Grand Rapids Four Car Accident Involves Semi-Truck

Our Michigan truck accident lawyer is reporting a Grand Rapids car-truck accident that took place on Lincoln Lake Avenue near Heim Street NE and involved four vehicles. According to police, a van crossed the center line hitting a semi-truck. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to strike two other vehicles as well.  A passenger in the van suffered injuries along with three other people who were in the other vehicles. One victim suffers head injuries.

Port Huron Truck Accident Is Fatal

Our Michigan truck accident lawyers are reporting a tragic story in the news about a fatal Port Huron car-truck accident.  The accident took place on Tuesday, September 28th, on I-94 just west of the M-146 overpass.  According to police, Frank Caramagno drove into the back of a tractor-trailer and died at the scene of the accident. The tractor-trailer was one of the many vehicles stopped on the expressway due to an earlier accident that also involved a tractor trailer.

I am very sorry to hear about this tragic accident as one our attorney’s son’s was on the same cross country team at Detroit Catholic Central as the victim’s son. This is a very tragic loss and my deepest condolences go out to the family of the deceased.
