Passenger Killed and Driver Injured In Michigan Pickup Truck Accident

Erik Parks was killed and Andrew Roberts was injured in a Jerusalem Township pickup truck accident that occurred on State Rt. 2. According to police, the truck was driving westbound along Route 2, east of milepost 33, on what is locally known as Bono Curve, when the truck went off the road and struck a guardrail. Parks was the front seat passenger in the vehicle. Roberts, the driver of the pickup truck, suffers injuries and was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Michigan Upper Peninsula Pickup Truck Accident Kills Teenager

Our Michigan truck accident lawyers are reporting an Alger County pickup truck accident that took place on Sunday night.  According to police, a pickup truck lost control and hit a tree. The driver of the truck, Chase Villerius, is hospitalized, and the passenger, Taylor Greer, was pronounced dead at the scene.

I am very sorry to hear about this accident. My condolensces go out to the family of the deceased victim and hope the injured driver has a fast recovery without any permanent damages.

Family members of the deceased victim may be able to make a claim for Survivor Loss Benefits for the deceased victims.
