Michigan Truck Accident Settlement For Herniated Discs and Leg Injuries

Our Michigan truck accident attorneysrecently obtained a confidential settlement for our client who was involved in a semi-trailer truck accident. Our client was a rear seat passenger in a car at the time of the accident. He suffers serious injuries, including a left patella fracture, a herniated disc, and multiple bulging discs. His injuries required medical treatment and he still continues to have problems with his legs, including post traumatic arthritis and nerve damage to his foot. His no-fault insurance company paid all of his benefits. The case was settled before trial.

The trucking company lawyer blamed the driver of our client’s vehicle for causing the accident. A claim is still pending against that driver.
